These embroidered star, tree and round ornaments are easy to sew, make great presents and look lovely on a Christmas tree. I've put together some simple instructions, an illustrated stitch library and templates, to help you make these at home. You can download the PDF sewing pattern here, ready for you to print at home. I hope you enjoy making these. You'll find more Willowynn sewing patterns available to download here.

Dear Margeaux, I am so in awe of your creative gift. I agree with a comment in your boats tutorial, everything you make is exquisitely beautiful and makes the world more beautiful, which is such a meaningful thing to do. You bring us all joy! I'm so glad my friend showed me your website, which inspires my own making and textiles journey. I have three little boys who will enjoy the boats! My German mother was an "international (artist) doll expert" (a journalist in the field, one of a kind) and I know she would have been very drawn to your beautiful dolls. I can't help imagining them in an exquisite children's film or a period drama! SJ

How do you embroider the ornaments after they have been stuffed and sewed shut without a knot showing?
